A system producing heavy snow in the central mountains arrives in SE Colorado overnight Sunday into Monday bringing moisture, windy conditions and colder temperatures. Snow showers will be possible across the I-25 corridor to start the day. This system will produce bands of snow through the day Monday. Areas under these bands will see periods of heavy snowfall which, with windy conditions, could create travel difficulties. A Colorado Springs man is being held without bond after being arrested for the sexual exploitation of children, distribution of child pornography, and possession of child pornography.
In January of 2013, the FBI along with the Colorado Springs Police Department executed a search warrant for Kenneth Wayne Hugo, 37.
During the search, authorities found over 8,000 images of child pornography on Hugo's computer and media. There were also pictures of Hugo with girls under the age of 12.
In August of 2013, Hugo was indicted by a federal grand jury for documenting the molestation and other child pornography charges.
If convicted, Hugo faces up to 30 years in federal prison.
