Argument Leads To Shots Fired

A man faces felony menacing charges after police say he fired a shot in the air during a fight.

Kyle Crumb, was arrested Thursday morning.

According to police, a fight broke out at a home on the 3500 block of Verde Drive, near Academy and Fountain in Colorado Springs just after 5 a.m. Three men, two women and two young children were in the home at the time.

At one point, police say Crumb went outside and got into an argument with one of the women present. During the argument, he allegedly pulled out a gun and fired several shots in the air. No one was injured.

Crumb was arrested on charges of felony menacing and prohibited use of a weapon.
