One man was arrested in connection to a disturbance and a shots-fired call late Sunday night.

Police said Christopher Burgos was among a group that admitted to being involved in the disturbance, but denied knowing who fired the shots.

The incident happened shortly before midnight on the 800 block of Chapman Drive. That is near South Academy Boulevard and East Fountain Boulevard in Colorado Springs.

Witnesses told police they heard two shots and saw someone kicking vehicles in the parking lot of an apartment complex before driving away in a gray car.

Police located the car. Burgos was one of the occupants and was arrested.

No one was hurt, and the investigation is ongoing.
