Sexually Violent Predator Back Behind Bars

A sexually violent predator is back in jail after police say he violated his parole.

Phillip Vigil had been in custody previously for sexual assault. He has also been arrested in the past for burglary, theft, assault and restraining order violation.

Pueblo police say Vigil, 31, has sexually assaulted a juvenile girl.

Police have not released what Vigil did to violate his parole.
