Continuing to track rain/snow showers throughout southeast Colorado this morning as wet, gloomy and cool conditions continue. If you are hitting the roads in the higher elevation (Teller/Fremont/Custer/ Monument) make sure you allow a little extra time as some roads may be a little snow covered. Wet pavement remains everywhere else. We'll see rain/snow showers continue for most of our Monday, clearing out before midnight. Head on over to the "Weather" tab for a full look at the week ahead.
The intersection of Platte and Murray is back open for the Wednesday morning commute, after being closed for several hours because of a serious crash.
It happened Tuesday night in Colorado Springs.
Three people were sent to the hospital after two vehicles crashed.
The intersection was closed for several hours while police investigated what happened. The crash happened just after 6 p.m. and the intersection reopened after 10 o'clock.
One of the three patients was listed in critical condition. Colorado Springs police are investigating.
