A man is in serious condition after being ejected from his semi-truck in a rollover Saturday afternoon.
The crash shut down Highway 96 for four hours in both directions in Pueblo County, four miles from the Crowley County line.
State troopers say the truck driver missed a right-hand curve and crossed into the eastbound lane before crashing through the guardrail. The semi then rolled off-road, spilling its load of scrap metal into a ravine.
Roger Silvrants, 40, was transported to Parkview Hospital, where he remains in serious condition. He was the only person in the vehicle.
