Santorum, Paul Bypass Nevada Caucuses, Look Ahead

Republicans Rick Santorum and Ron Paul are bypassing the presidential caucuses in Nevada and are looking further down the nominating calendar.

Santorum and Paul signaled their expected losses on Saturday are unlikely to usher their exit from a race that seems to have become a two-man race between Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich.

Santorum tells Republicans on Colorado's Western Slope that the state is "wide-open" and is urging voters to support him in Tuesday's upcoming vote. And Paul plans three events in Minnesota, another state that meets Tuesday for the latest round of GOP contests that seem to shuffle the race on a regular basis.

Front-runner Mitt Romney didn't yet put much effort into either state, nor did Gingrich. Those two were sparring in Nevada.
