A Colorado highway has reopened after a rock slide shut down a portion of it Thursday morning.
According to CDOT, Highway 6 through Clear Creek Canyon was closed for a few hours while crews worked to clear the road after the rock slide. The lane closures ran between I-70 and Highway 119.
There were no injuries in the rock slide. Sister station KCNC says that one car got a flat tire from a small rock.
One of the rocks that fell was reportedly the size of a small car.
A geologist was called to the scene after the incident.
