Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
Police are searching for a man who held up a motel near Garden of the Gods Road and I-25 Saturday night.
Police say the man walked into the front lobby of the Quality Inn Motel shortly before 9 p.m. and pulled a handgun on the clerk, demanding money. He then took an undisclosed amount of cash and walked out the main doors. He was last seen walking across the parking lot.
Police say they quickly set up a perimeter and used a K-9 unit to attempt to track the suspect without success.
The suspect they are looking for is a white man in a white t-shirt and blue jeans. He is 45 to 50 years old with short gray hair, 6 feet tall and 165 lbs.
