Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
A popular Springs toy store was the target of an attempted burglary Thursday morning.
Police say the suspect left empty-handed.
An alarm sounded at the Toys R Us by the Citadel Mall shortly before 2 a.m. Thursday. Responding officers found shattered glass near the front door.
Based on the investigation, police say the suspect made it inside and tried to steal items from the electronics section. The only available description at this time is that it was a man in black clothing, carrying a black duffel bag.
Anyone with information on this crime is asked to call police at 444-7000 or Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.
