A Pueblo West man is behind bars after turning himself into authorities Monday.
The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office says Joshua George refused to stop making sexual advances on a houseguest after she repeatedly told him no, and ultimately raped her. The incident happened in October of last year.
The victim reported the incident to authorities, and after determining there was probable cause to arrest George a felony sexual assault warrant was issued.
George posted a $50,000 bond after turning himself in.
