The Pueblo Police Department today released information about a recently convicted sexually violent predator.
Police say Peyton Robert Rodriguez, 42, is homeless but living in Pueblo. He is also listed as being currently unemployed.
Rodriguez has a current conviction on sexual assault charges.
He has also been charged with: armed robbery, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, DUI, disorderly conduct, 1st degree sexual assault, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, aggravated assault, burglary, escape, 1st degree criminal trespass, theft of a credit card, possession of burglar tools, forgery, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, assault, eluding a police officer, robbery, possession of stolen property and theft.
