Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
An autopsy is scheduled on a 2-month-old girl who died after she suffered a head injury.
According to the Pueblo County Sheriff's office 23-year-old Bill Martinez was arrested in the death of a 2-month-old baby.
Authorities say the investigation started on Saturday night, when deputies were called to home in Pueblo for a baby who was having trouble breathing.
The baby was rushed to a Pueblo hospital before being flown to Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs.
Doctors at Memorial Hospital determined that the child's injuries were non-accidental and consistent with shaken baby syndrome.
On Monday night, doctors declared the 2-month-old little girl brain dead and she was taken off life support.
Martinez was arrested in Colorado Springs and is being charged with 1st degree murder.
