Pueblo Crime Stoppers Looking For Theft Suspect

Pueblo Crime Stoppers is asking for assistance in locating an identity theft suspect.

They say that thieves broke into a car parked in the 3300 block of Gateway Drive and stole a purse, containing checks and credit cards, in the early morning hours of March 2. The suspect then forged at least 10 checks and used the stolen debit card soon after.

A surveillance camera captured photos of the suspect using one of the forged checks at a Loaf N' Jug store on March 3.

The suspect is described as a 20-25 year old white female, 5'6" tall and weighing 140 lbs. with red or light brown hair and wearing black reading glasses.
