Surveillance at the 7-Eleven on 804 E. 4th St. March 4 shows a blonde woman in her late teens inside the store. Police believe she bought lottery tickets that day with a fake $20 bill.

The suspect is described as being between the ages of 17 and 19, about 5-foot-3 and 115 pounds. She was wearing a dark-colored hoodie with a photo of Bob Marley and "LOVE" printed on the back.
