Power Back On After High Winds Hit Southern Colorado

By  |

Power is back on for thousands of people in southwest Pueblo and Canon City after outages Monday evening- most likely caused by high winds.

Some people where in the dark for about four hours.

The wind also knocked over a large tree in Canon City, crushing an SUV.

Bobby, the 11 News viewer who sent us this picture, says no one was hurt.
