Vail police have arrested a 30-year-old man suspected of hanging out in the tank of a portable toilet at a yoga festival last week.

Authorities said Luke Ivan Chrisco was being held in Vail Thursday on a traffic charge. Police suspect he is the man discovered in the tank of a portable toilet at the festival in Boulder.

Boulder police were seeking the man on the misdemeanor charge of unlawful sexual contact.

A woman reported seeing someone in the tank of the toilet when she lifted the lid. A man who checked inside said he saw someone covered in a tarp inside the tank.

A festival security supervisor waiting outside told police a man eventually emerged and he chased him. But the suspect, described as covered in waste, slipped away.
