A bullet narrowly missed a cyclist early Thursday morning, hitting his tire instead.
The man accused of firing the gun has been arrested for attempted murder.
Police say the victim and suspect got in an argument just before 12:30 a.m. on the 3400 block of N. Chestnut in Colorado Springs. Afterwards, the victim got on his bike and rode off, and the suspect drove away. But a short time later, police say the suspect returned to the area with his gun and fired at the victim.
The suspect, identified as 40-year-old Albert Dennis, was arrested. The victim was unharmed.
