After a mild Saturday, temperatures to finish the weekend will be MUCH colder! A system to our west pushes into SE Colorado overnight. Snow showers will be possible by early Sunday morning across the I-25 corridor with a change to rain and snow showers through the afternoon. Accumulation should be minimal as most moisture looks to be light and temperatures will warm into the upper 30s and 40s through the afternoon. Authorities in Pueblo are hoping surveillance footage will help locate a suspect who robbed a neighborhood restaurant.
It happened Jan. 17 at 9:40 p.m. at Adolfo's Mexican Food on 2450 Santa Fe Dr.
Police say a man with a gun approached the counter and demanded money from the register. He got away with an unknown amount of cash. No one was injured.
Police investigated to see if this robbery was linked to robberies earlier in the day. The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office, which is investigating the most recent robbery, said it was not the same suspect.
The suspect in the Rodolfo’s Mexican Grill robbery is described as 6 feet tall. He was wearing all black and a mask.
