Colorado Springs police are on the lookout for a man who held up a convenience store early Sunday morning.
According to police, the man walked into the 7-Eleven at 3740 Randall Drive, near Woodmen Road and Rangewood Drive, shortly after 1 a.m. He held a semi-automatic handgun at the clerk and demanded money. Police say that is where they lost his trail and believe he may have had a vehicle waiting for him north of the store.
The robber is described as a black man in his 20s, 5-foot-7 with a thin build. He was wearing a brown or black jacket, black pants and black shoes.
