Pueblo police are urging people to be on the alert for a man believed to be impersonating a Comcast worker.
The suspect was last seen on the south side of Pueblo.
According to a resident who was approached by the suspect, the man claimed to be a Comcast employee sent to the home to check the resident's cable box. The reporting party's suspicions were raised after seeing the alleged employee look around the backyard, then hop a fence and leave.
The suspect is described as a black male in an orange vest. He did not provide any identification, something the police department says most service company employees do.
The police department reminds the public to always ask for ID if uncertain a person is who they say they are.
