Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
Dylan Given (Credit: CSPD)
A man was allegedly caught red-handed stealing items from a vehicle and a garage early Thursday morning.
The suspect, identified as 39-year-old Dylan Given, claimed he was just hiding in the garage to keep warm, but police say he was carrying stolen items.
Police were first alerted by a homeowner on 1100 Kingsley, near Chelton and Galley in Colorado Springs, that lights in his detached garage were being turned on and off in the middle of the night.
Officers say they found Given inside the garage. Items from the homeowner's car and garage were found in his pockets.
Given was arrested on charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass and theft.
