A Springs man was rushed to the hospital Sunday night after police say he was stabbed during a fight with his girlfriend.
Brandi Roever, 26, was charged with first-degree assault.
The couple began fighting in their home on the 100 block of University Drive Sunday evening, and though details are limited, police say the fight eventually resulted in Roever stabbing the 47-year-old victim in the chest.
The victim was rushed to the hospital, where he was treated and released.
