Police say the death of a woman found in a Springs home has been ruled a homicide.
Diane Klein, 53, was found by police in her home Wednesday night. She had been shot to death.
The body of Kelvin Klein, 52, was also found in the home. The county coroner has ruled his death a suicide by gunshot wound.
Officers responded to the home, located on Radcliff Drive near North Powers Blvd and Research Parkway in Colorado Springs after receiving a call about suspicious circumstances regarding the address.
Colorado Springs has already surpassed the number of homicides in the city last year; Diane Klein's death is the 24th homicide in the city for 2013. There were 22 homicides at 2012, with 19 at this time last year.
