New surveillance images released Friday capture the image of the man police suspect of attempting to hold up a Colorado Springs Walgreens.
The attempted robbery took place on August 16 at the Walgreens on 3143 W. Colorado. The suspect tried stealing items from the store, but was caught by an employee. When confronted, the suspect pulled out a weapon, but ultimately left empty-handed.
The suspect, described as a 5-foot-8, 170 pound white man with dark hair, was last seen leaving the store on foot. Police ask that anyone with information on his whereabouts call the Colorado Springs Police Department at 444-7000 or Crime Stoppers at 634-STOP.
