Police Called After Argument About Cutting In Line

An argument about cutting in line ended with one man behind bars, facing charges of felony menacing.

Jaypheth Gosuk is accused of threatening a group of people with a large knife after he accused one of them of cutting in line at a food cart in downtown Colorado Springs.

After the confrontation, the victims reportedly said they followed Gosuk as they called police because they thought he was a danger to other people.

Police say when they arrived, Gosuk was still holding the knife and quickly walking toward one of the witnesses. Officers drew their guns and took the suspect into custody without further incident.

No injuries were reported.

The incident happened around 1:20 a.m.
