According to Colorado Springs Police, the person they called a "person of interest" in the attempted abduction of a 5-year-old girl, is not part of their investigation anymore.

Police released a picture of the man Thursday. After the media coverage, CSPD identified and contacted the person in the picture and now say he's not a "person of interest".
