Every school in the Alamosa School District went on "lockout status" Tuesday morning after a threat was made towards the district over social media.
District superintendent Robert Alejo sent out a letter after the lockout ended (see attached document), and said the district was made aware of the threat just before 10 a.m. The threat was reportedly made over Facebook.
Police tell 11 News that nothing was ever found at any of the schools. School returned to normal schedule about three hours later.
