Police and sheriff's deputies have responded to a neighborhood in Woodland Park after a woman's body was discovered Saturday morning around 10:30.
Woodland Police officials have confirmed that the woman who was found is 34-year old Joey Michelle Carlson.
The Teller County Coroner said Monday that Carlson died of hypothermia, or exposure to the cold.
Carlson's body was found lying on a driveway of a home on Forest Edge Circle.
Police told 11 News that Carlson resided in that neighborhood, but not in the house she was found outside of.

Officials with Woodland Park Police said all unexplained deaths are treated as suspicious until the cause has been determined.
Police said that there were no apparent signs of trauma on Carlson's body.
The family has set up a fund to help with funeral expenses. You can donate to Adams Bank and Trust under the Joey Michelle Carlson Fund.
Her funeral is Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 11 a.m. at Springs Funeral Services on Platte Ave.
