The Fremont County Sheriff's Office says a part-time math teacher at the Fremont campus at Pueblo Community College was arrested on sexual assault on a child charges.

Mark Pretz, 60, of Cañon City was arrested Sept. 5. He's accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl. The sheriff's office says the assaults happened at Pretz's home and there is no indication there are other victims.

He is being held on a $50,000 bond on charges of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust, sexual assault on a child under 15 years of age and incest.
