“I ran down with my hands in the air saying I'm here to help. I ran and put pressure on his neck,” Terry Jones explained. Jones says the teenager was bleeding from a gunshot wound to the neck. He checked his pulse and tried to stop the bleeding until paramedics arrived, but the 19 year old died at the scene. Jones says this is a tragic situation.
