Police say the death of a 2-year-old boy who was struck by a vehicle in a Littleton parking lot was an accident, and no charges will be filed.
Police identified the victim on Thursday as Bram Venn. He was struck by an SUV on Nov. 17 in the parking lot of the Aspen Grove Shopping Center. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
No other details have been released. The driver of the SUV hasn't been identified.
