The family of a missing teenager is taking new steps to try to find her.

Kara Nichols, 19, was last seen in the Springs more than five weeks ago. Her family is now sending out a new flyer.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office told us a couple of weeks ago that they consider her disappearance suspicious, though there's no evidence of any crime.

Anyone with information about where Kara is is asked to call sheriff's detectives at (719) 520-7227.
