Pueblo police say they've arrested the man suspected of beating a man to death outside the 29th Street Safeway.
Police say Vincent Ballejos, 28, was found in the 1600 block of Gaylord. He was arrested without putting up a fight.
It was January 20 around 9 a.m. when police say they responded to a call about a man lying unconscious in the parking lock of the 29th St. Safeway in Pueblo. The victim was 46-year-old Michael Flavin. He later died from his injuries.
Ballejos will face second-degree murder charges.
The Pueblo Police Department says many man hours were put into finding and capturing Ballejos.
