After refusing to approve on an earlier version of the agreement, Colorado Springs Mayor Steve Bach has signed documents renewing and creating lines of credit for Colorado Springs Utilities.
The mayor says he signed the documents after requesting the language be changed to ensure no contingent liability for the city.
The signatures complete the renewal $50 million line of credit and creation of another $25 million line of credit. Together with two previous $25 million lines of credit, they bring the total credit for the utility to $125 million.
