Continuing to track rain/snow showers throughout southeast Colorado this morning as wet, gloomy and cool conditions continue. If you are hitting the roads in the higher elevation (Teller/Fremont/Custer/ Monument) make sure you allow a little extra time as some roads may be a little snow covered. Wet pavement remains everywhere else. We'll see rain/snow showers continue for most of our Monday, clearing out before midnight. Head on over to the "Weather" tab for a full look at the week ahead.
A man who was arrested in Idaho after a cleaning crew found an attorney dead in her suburban Denver office has been indicted in her death.
A Jefferson County grand jury has indicted Warren Watson on 18 counts including first-degree murder, sexual assault, aggravated robbery and identity theft stemming from the death of lawyer Claudia Miller. He also was indicted on charges of aggravated motor vehicle theft, evidence tampering and escape.
Miller's body was found March 5 in a file storage room at her Lakewood office. The indictment released Monday accuses Watson of attacking Miller, stealing her purse, taking her vehicle and using her credit cards. The indictment says Watson allegedly admitted to fondling and killing Miller.
Watson was arrested March 8 in Caldwell, Idaho, on a parole violation.
