Updated: 06/18/2013 - We did a quick helicopter tour of the Black Forest burn area. Someone asked why the video looks shaky.
A man wanted on felony charges was tased and arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Officers were sent to the Yukon Tavern at 525 S. Circle Drive around 1:30 Sunday morning after Colorado Springs police were tipped off that Daniel Martinez was there. Martinez was wanted on a felony escape warrant since August of 2011.
When officers arrived, they spotted Martinez leaving the tavern. Officers ordered Martinez to stop, he tried to run.
Police stunned Martinez with a Taser and took him into custody.
