Two men stole a third man's wallet as the victim climbed out of his car Thursday evening.
According to police, the victim was on the 4900 block of Painted Sky View, between Chelton and Powers, just before 7 p.m. when the suspects approached him and demanded money at gunpoint. After the victim handed over his wallet, the suspects left the area. The victim was unharmed.
The suspects have been described as black males in their late teens or early 20s, both about 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8 and thin. One was reportedly wearing a gray hoodie, the other, a black one.
Due to certain similarities and close proximity to an armed robbery on Lakehurst an hour later, police are investigating the possibility that two are connected.
