The man accused of killing two boys with his car plead not guilty in court today.
Robert Icenogle is charged with vehicular homicide.
Police say he hit and killed a 17 year old and a nine year old as they were pushing a minivan off the road.
Police say Icenogle was under the influence of prescription drugs at the time.
Icenogle went before a judge today and his trial date is set for this summer.
