A man accused of stabbing his mother and brother during a family party pleaded guilty in court on Wednesday.
Prosecutors say 21-year old Andrew Aleman was fighting with his mother when his brother tried to intervene. Aleman stabbed him several times.
Aleman's mother then tried to stop the attack and was also injured.
Aleman has been sentenced to three years of supervised probation. He will also have to undergo a mental health evaluation and treatment.
