A man died after he fell 15 to 20 feet off a building in downtown Colorado Springs.
The accident happened on Kiowa near Nevada. Police say the victim was a construction worker. His family tells us he is 41-year-old Pedro Carreño Arrazola.
We're told Arrazola was in the middle of a roofing project on the building.
Just before two Wednesday afternoon, Arrazola was on the fire escape trying to get the last set of stairs to come down when something went wrong.
Police say a cable may have snapped and Arrazola fell.
The family tells 11 News a fund is set up at ENT Federal Credit Union under "Pedro Carreño Arrazola" to help pay for funeral expenses. They say Arrozola was married with five children ranging in ages from one to 21-years-old.
