A man is facing charges after allegedly pointing a gun at a landscaper working outside his home.
Police say Nathan Daniel Patton was drunk when he pointed a gun at a man who was trimming bushes. The landscaper left and called police.
Patton went back inside his home, and allegedly wouldn't come out when police got there. A police dog was called in to help take him into custody.
It happened about 10 a.m. on the 3600 block of Queensland Place in Colorado Springs.
Patton is charged with felony menacing and obstructing police officers.
