A man has been arrested after investigators say he approached two girls outside a Colorado Springs high school.
Investigators say he didn't try to lure the girls -- and that was not why he was arrested.
Ernesto Martinez-Lopez reportedly commented on the girls' looks and offered to buy them lunch. The Sheriff's Office says the conversation never became sexually explicit.
He was arrested after deputies say he returned to Widefield High School a short time later.
The school resource officer recognized the truck from surveillance video and the driver was taken into custody on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
Investigators say his interaction with the girls was not criminal, but suspicious.
