Overnight a disturbance passes through parts of S Colorado... this will bring a push of moisture falling as rain in the Plains with a few late night/early morning showers possible in Pueblo. For the Palmer Divide, N & W El Paso Co. and Teller Co. it will fall as snow... bringing a few additional inches of accumulation in mainly between 1am and 6am, lingering into the mid morning. Police are asking for the public's help to locate a man who is accused of assaulting his girlfriend to the point that she lost consciousness. Police say he later threatened to kill her.
Michael Anthony Gonzales, 29, is wanted for felony menacing, assault and domestic violence.
Police say the assault happened in east Pueblo Monday, March 31 around 7 p.m.
The victim was taken to the hospital and later released.
Gonzales is described as 5-foot-8 and 180 pounds. He has short dark hair and green eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 542-STOP (542-7867). Tipsters don't have to provide their name and could earn a cash reward.
