A person of interest in the murder of Colorado's prison director faced a judge today.
James Lohr was formally charged in Colorado Springs.
The suspected member of the gang, the 211 crew was arrested earlier this month after a short chase with Springs police.
Lohr is facing several felony charges including vehicular eluding, possession of a weapon by previous offender, and tampering with physical evidence.
He is being held on $250,000 bond. His next hearing is scheduled for May 9th.
