Lee Grace Dougherty, the lone sister in the "Dougherty Gang," has entered a not-guilty plea. She returned to court in Walsenburg Monday without her siblings.
Lee Grace and her brothers face more than 20 charges each, the most serious being attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault for allegedly firing at officers during the high speed chase in August.
Lee Grace, clad in an orange and white jumpsuit, shackles and braids, pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Dylan and Ryan Dougherty, will next be in court on November 28.
The trial for Lee Grace is set for February 21, in Walsenburg.
