After a mild Saturday, temperatures to finish the weekend will be MUCH colder! A system to our west pushes into SE Colorado overnight. Snow showers will be possible by early Sunday morning across the I-25 corridor with a change to rain and snow showers through the afternoon. Accumulation should be minimal as most moisture looks to be light and temperatures will warm into the upper 30s and 40s through the afternoon. McDivitt Law Firm is offering to pay for cab rides for people who are out celebrating New Year's Eve.
The Safe Ride Home program is a partnership between the law firm and Yellow Cab in Colorado Springs and City Cab in Pueblo.
Rides are available between 10:00 p.m. December 31st and 3:00 a.m. January 1st.
Passengers must be headed home to qualify for the free ride.

The Safe Ride Home Free Cab Ride Home program is for adults who have been drinking or who don't have another safe way home.
Rides are provided to an individual's residence-not to other drinking locations.
Due to the high number of ride requests on New Year's Eve, rides cannot be guaranteed for everyone who calls; however, every attempt will be made to accommodate all requests.
Divers have the right to use their discretion when accepting fares. Patrons are reminded to tip their drivers accordingly.
