BOSTON (AP) - Journalist Peter Theo Curtis is beginning his first day at home in the United States since being freed by a Syrian extremist group over the weekend.
Curtis arrived in Newark, New Jersey, yesterday afternoon, and flew on to Boston last night, where he was reunited with his mother.
Curtis had been held by al-Nusra Front for 22 months.
