The Incline in Manitou Springs was unexpectedly closed Sunday morning while crews responded to a woman who was sick, according to KKTV partner The Gazette.

The popular trail shutdown at approximately 10:30 a.m., leaving hikers crowded at the bottom. The trail reopened a short time later.

The fire department would not elaborate on the nature or severity of the woman's illness due to privacy concerns.
