A homicide suspect is behind bars after crashing during a police chase.
Pueblo police say Jed Guerrero, 30, led officers on a police pursuit late Thursday afternoon. He was taken into custody after crashing at Northern Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard.
Guerrero was wanted on first-degree murder charges out of Otero County, as well as a felony assault warrant out of Pueblo County and one out of Bent County for criminal mischief.
Guerrero is being held at the Pueblo County Jail on a $1 million bond for the murder charges. Another $9,000 is included on top of that for the assault and criminal mischief charges.
